Cayley Ermter started their teaching career with CGCS as a student teacher in 2016 and has been here ever since! Mx. Ermter earned their Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge in 2017 and their Masters of Professional Education from the University of Western Ontario in the field of equity, diversity, and social justice in 2023. Mx. Ermter has taught grade 7 and 9 humanities, film studies, social activism and creative writing and loves working with the Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) and Student Equity Committee. They have also been a learning leader since the fall of 2022. When not at CGCS, Mx. Ermter can be found with their dog Gimli buried under a mound of young adult books and doodles.
