Susan Penner is a hands-on senior professional with 30 years of extensive and broad-based experience in finance and accounting within not-for-profit organizations and energy corporations.  She has a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with a major in accounting and holds the designation:  Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Ms. Penner has expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial and management reporting, and business process improvement and she is passionate about education and pleased to be a part of the CGCS team as Secretary Treasurer.  When not chauffeuring her two boys around, Ms. Penner can be found planning the next family vacation and volunteering (mainly with baseball and 4-H).  She enjoys golfing, skiing, camping, movies, lazy days with a good book on her deck and her four legged children - Shadow and Sunny Molly.
