Gary Care has over 25 years of progressive senior experience in the oil and gas and telecommunications industries. Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan and then moved to Alberta to pursue a career with Telus. While at Telus, he began his Master’s degree, graduating with an MBA in 1994. After leaving Telus, Gary moved to Bell where he spent 10 years in Manager and Director-level roles across the fields of marketing, product management, business development and strategy. He more recently made a transition into oil and gas with Suncor Energy, where he has led teams in the supply chain, finance & planning, and corporate security teams.

Gary’s daughter graduated from CGCS and he also has a younger son. Other passions for Gary and his family include travelling, downhill skiing, camping and biking.
