Kerri counts over 20 years of progressive experience in the field of corporate communications. Currently, she is employed at The City of Calgary, supporting the City Manager’s Office on corporate strategies, storytelling, and leadership communications. She has dedicated much of her career to public service and non-profit organizations.

She brings experience in writing, strategic communications and media relations through her past positions at Innovate Calgary, Arts Commons and Science Alberta Foundation. Kerri welcomes opportunities where she can help identify solutions, and learn from stakeholders. She studied both journalism and public relations at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.

Both of Kerri’s daughters attended CGCS and benefited from the outstanding learning environment nurtured at the school. Outside of work, after spending countless hours in skating arenas with her kids, Kerri is an avid volunteer within the provincial figure skating community. She and her husband enjoy traveling, renovations and supporting the arts.
